We offer an integrated evaporative cooling system designed to solve temperature problems in environmental controlled situations by a quick and easy way.
The evaporative cooling system cools the gas turbine air intake by increasing the air density and power output accordingly.
How It Works?
The combustion air passes through an inlet screen and barrier filter to prevent debris from entering the engine. The evaporative cooler utilizes water vapor to cool the air for the power enhancement for the engine.
The evaporative cooling system medias can also be used as a sevondary filter during operation of the system by creating a natural filter thru media papers which extends the life of the primary filters.
The air then directed to the drift eliminators to remove condensed water from entering to the engine.

Which Cooling Method Is Best For Your Site?
Evaporative Cooler
Advantages:
- Economical operation
- Uncomplicated System
Disadvantages:
- Cooling efficiency depends on relative humidity of ambient intake air. High humidity can inhibit cooling effect.
Chiller Coils
Advantages:
- Can cool the inlet air regardless of ambient humidity
- Can be sized for small or large systems
- Broad range of cooling achievable, down to 45F/5C
Disadvantages:
- Need source of chilling water
- Causes slightly higher ∆P than an EVAP cooler does
